About this piece

The trapezoid in dark mahogany: slanted sides on a 4, 5, or 6 inch base, in two thicknesses. The oak version leans light and modern; mahogany takes the same slant somewhere moodier, at home near leather and brass.

One hidden anchor mounts it flush to the wall.

Also in oak, or poplar for painting.

Can I mix and match sizes or shapes?

Yes, the square, octagon, triangle, rhombus, and trapezoid shapes in our geometric shelf collection complement one another and work well together for layered designs.

What is the difference between the 7/8″ and 1 1/2″ thickness options?

While 7/8″ thick shelves showcases a slimmer, more minimalist appearance, the thicker 1 1/2″ option is a bit more structural and heavy duty.

Is this shelf ready to hang out of the box or do I need extra hardware?

The necessary hardware and mounting brackets are included in the package. We provide detailed instructions for installation.

Is the mahogany version darker or lighter than the oak version?

Mahogany is darker with a richer color palette. Oak is lighter with a bit of yellow or red accents. We recommend complementing the furniture, paint color, or flooring in your room.

Is the mini shelf made of solid wood?

Yes, all of our wood shelves are made of solid hardwood, like oak, mahogany, maple, or other wood species. We do not make any shelves out of veneer or composite materials.
