Shipping policy
WITHIN THE UNITED STATES
Orders ship free within the United States (exception below*). Orders require 1-14 days of processing time, as most orders are built to order. Orders usually arrive 3-5 days when shipped. If we have an order in stock, we will ship the item quicker.
*Shipping calculated at checkout for metal products.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
International orders have a standard charge. Most orders will arrive between 7-14 business days after 1-2 weeks of processing time.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAX
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Nook Woodworking is not responsible for delays due to customs.
PROCESSING TIMES
The time needed to prepare and build an order for shipping varies from 1-14 days.
