One sample included. If you would like multiple samples, only order one and add a special instruction for the additional samples. If you would like a sample of a custom stain, please reach out through the contact form. If ordering shelves other than red oak or mahogany after receiving samples, message us to provide custom pricing and an invoice.
Within the United States
Orders ship free within the United States (exception below*). Orders require 1-14 days of processing time, as most orders are built to order. Orders usually arrive 3-5 days when shipped. If we have an order in stock, we will ship the item quicker. *Shipping calculated at checkout for metal products.
International Orders
International orders have a standard charge. Most orders will arrive between 7-14 business days after 1-2 weeks of processing time. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. NookWoodworking is not responsible for delays due to customs.
Returns & Cancellations
-Contact us within: 14 days of delivery
-Ship items back within: 21 days of delivery
-Request a cancellation within: 2 days of purchase
There are no returns or cancellations for custom orders or orders from a third party provider via Shopify Collective.
Buyers are responsible for original shipping cost + return shipping costs + 15% restocking fee. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

About this piece
Order the wood before you order the shelf. Each sample is a small sanded piece of the real thing, finished on one side when you choose a finished option, so you can hold it against your wall and your furniture.
Eight options cover red and white oak, mahogany, maple, poplar, walnut stain, and two black stains. For a custom stain or paint match, use the Customize Your Shelves form.
Grain and color vary from piece to piece. That is the material, not a defect.
