Do I get the test tubes too?

Yes, the glass test tubes come with every propagation shelf, sized to its openings, with hardware included.

Will this small shelf show screw heads or mount hardware on the face?

No. Once mounted, only wood and glass show; the hardware sits behind the shelf.

What does a plant propagation shelf do?

The rhombus board is cut for glass tubes, turning a display shelf into a plant propagation shelf without a vase taking up the surface.

Can I choose a thicker version for a more robust look?

Yes. The 1 1/2 inch thick line gives the same footprint a heavier presence; the 7/8 inch version stays lighter on the wall.

Is the mini shelf made of solid wood?

Yes. Solid hardwood is the only material we use; a veneer board could not take the tube openings cleanly.
