About this piece

Three propagation shelves in one order. Pick one of six shape combinations drawn from our square, triangle, rhombus, trapezoid, and octagon shelves, in mahogany or oak, each with a hanging test tube vase for a single cutting.

Sizes run 3 to 5 inches. Cuttings root in water in full view, and when one moves to a pot, its shelf takes a candle or a small plant instead.

Three shapes staggered on a wall is the arrangement these were designed for.

What does the set include?

Every shelf in the set comes with its glass test tube vases and mounting hardware, so the full propagation wall goes up in one afternoon.

What makes this a propagation station?

It is several propagation shelves sold as one wall set, each with built-in test tube spots, which a single standard shelf cannot recreate.

Can the set be used without cuttings?

Yes. Some buyers run the whole set as bud vases, one stem per tube, and skip the propagation entirely.

Are the shelves solid wood?

Yes, every shelf in the set is solid hardwood. We do not build from veneer or composite, in sets or singles.

Is the shelf made in the USA?

Yes, each shelf is handcrafted, built, and shipped from Brooklyn, New York.
